Patience 

patience: quiet, steady perseverance; even-tempered care; diligence

Whether your goal is weight loss, adding five pounds to your bench press, or trimming 10 seconds off of your mile time… Have patience.  It won’t happen over night, in a week, or possibly even a month.  However, diligence and being consistent with your diet and training will allow you to reach your goals…over time.
